Distance Learning Fees details payable to MCG:

The NVQ level 2 to 4 scheme i.e. Foundation, Intermediate and Technician stage by distance learning is only available to candidates working in the field of Finance and Accounting. Students not in this field may study towards the Diploma in Accounting.

The above non-refundable fee is inclusive of Study Text and Assessment Kit for each unit written by authorized publishers and Personal Mentor Support. This fee also includes examination and skills testing, admission and the initial annual membership fee payable to AAT. 

NB : If students are accepted and join directly at the Intermediate Stage (NVQ Level 3) or Technician Stage (NVQ Level 4), the Distance Learning fee will be increased to UK Pounds 900 & UK Pounds 1,375 respectively. This is to cover the non-accounting units which are normally studied at Foundation Stage (NVQ Level 2). Please note students have to pay the prevailing Annual membership fee after the first year.

The exam invigilation fee if applicable, is to be paid by students directly to the invigilating body which is usually a British Council Office.

All study material is sent by courier and is delivered, whenever possible within two working days.

The following discounts are applicable.

• 10% discount for three students joining the programme and paying together.
• 15% discount for four students joining the programme and paying together.
• 20% discount for five students joining the programme and paying together.

Method of Payment

Payment may be made by Cash or Credit Card or Bank Transfer or Cheque/Bank Draft.

• Cash or Credit Card payments normally takes 3 working days for funds to be cleared. Please note that Credit Card payments will be in Bahrain Dinars at the prevailing rate of exchange.

• Bank transfer may take upto 15 days for funds to clear. Please ensure that you inform your bank that all transfer charges should be paid from your account. An email should then be sent with a scanned copy of the remittance advice so that the transfer can be followed.

• Cheque/Bank Draft funds take different times to clear depend on the bank which issued the Cheque and the method of sending it to MCG ie by post or courier.
