first instalment is to be made on registration, and the remainder
on the 1st day of each of the next 9 months. If instalments are
not made on time, the course provider will deny you access to the
programme by de-activating your User ID and Password. To
re-activate your User ID a charge may be made. |

| Refunds
are only possible if you withdraw in writing 7 days before the
commencement of the course.

processing fee of US$100 is chargeable for all refunds. |
